twitter communication mainly about the attack between an undercover fbi agent, and two other men. attorneys say the undercover agents and hendricks were communicating about the attack during the days leading up to it. and information may have been passed along to two men who were killed by an off-duty police officer when trying to carry out the attack. for early january. sheriff joe arpaio is officially charged with criminal contempt of court. according to the judge in this case he continued those raids to gain notoriety and political contributions. sheriff arpaio is currently seeking a 7th term in office. he says those charges are

he could face up to six months in jail if convicted. they're searching for clues into the killing of a 6-month old horse. that suspect is described as a man wearing a dark green shirt. two other suspects may be involved in that crime. food stamp fraud. she has dropped her reelection bid for the arizona that plea deal calls for supervised probation and 100 hours of community service. some flood damaged homes are getting torn down. they were damaged in 2014 and again in 2015. and following the flooding last year, the town met with homeowners for that voluntary buyout of to those properties. the demolitions should be done by the end of next month. they will tear it down and keep

keith allen white was arrested for a really disturbing crime. he tells a relative that he killed his roommate and the body was in a suitcase in his closet. he strangled brian cook during an argument and then stuck his body in a suitcase in the closet. then he had a barbecue later on in the day and then told a relative what he had chicago cubs lose game one to the cleveland indians. but one valley fan is sure they'll make a comeback. he's been a fan for decades. >> this 75-year-old fan did anything he could growing up in chicago to get inside the cubs games. he said that he sold scorecards outside. he helped to pick up seats inside or sometimes he would

in phoenix has been assigned to lead the justice department's oversight efforts in arizona. todd allison in his name. the assignment will help ensure free and federal elections by making sure that federal voting laws are enforced. donald trump, jr. will be in the valley this thursday. he will be campaigning for his father at asu. recreation center green gym in tempe in the afternoon. he'll also appear at a luncheon. tickets are $250 per person. and $2500 if you want to attend a vip reception. hillary clinton making a

>> a phoenix medical marijuana dispensary is conducting an investigation into how some sensitive patient information ended up in a pile of trash. someone walking by noticed private information from horizon thc, that's the name of the dispensary. they weren't shredded and laying out in the open. a manager said they've been havingro people breaking into their trash bin and they contacted the police as well as ordering a steel bin that will lock. to celebrate, this mexican restaurant is getting its facelift. it will now be known as mecio's mexican table.
